Powering the CMC Italjet 125 is an air-cooled and carburetted 125cc four-stroke single-cylinder that develops 8.85hp at 8,000rpm and 8.6Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm. Said power and torque are sent to the rear wheel using an automatic V-belt transmission unit similar to most scooters in its class.
Notably, the chassis is equipped with a set of telescopic front forks and a hydraulic rear monoshock, followed by all-round single-disc brakes measuring 190mm up front and 205mm at the rear. Other sporty traits include its 800mm seat height and the scooter’s claimed nett weight of 118kg.
The scooter’s stylish outlook is enhanced further thanks to the presence of a number of modern features. Highlights here include an electric starter, the large multi-info digital screen in the instrument panel, as well as full-LED lighting in the headlamp and taillight.
Other notable highlights include the large 6.8-litre fuel tank, not forgetting an equally-large under-seat storage bin that easily fits a full-face helmet. Two colour scheme options – Red and White
